How does it work?

The goals of Sports Massage are to keep your body prepared and maintained to meet the demands of your sport while working to enhance your
performance and endurance. It accomplishes these by
addressing those muscle groups and joints that are going to be overworked and stressed.

Sports Massage can be broken down into five intents and three phases. Depending upon what's going on with your body at the time of the
session, these intents and phases will blend with each other.
In a training schedule? It helps you meet your benchmarks with less strain and pain. Injured? Sports Massage will quicken your healing
procress allowing you to get back to your sport faster and in a healthier manner.

¤ Rehabilitation - help you heal faster after a sports injury

you maintain optimal health

Tip #1:
Got water?
|

|
Whether active or sedentary, your body needs water in order to function properly. This is especially true for athletes. Increase your
water intake the day before, the day of, and the day after you intend on increasing your physical activities. As a general rule of thumb,
it's better to drink just plain water instead of a sports drink. For better results, you might also eat a banana.
