Do yourself a favor. Ask yourself these three questions:
¤ Does it take longer to recover after you've reached a milestone in your training?
¤ As you train, are you wondering if there's anything you can do to make it easier?
¤ Do you want to decrease the recovery time after the race?

Help your body recover faster. Try massage.
While volunteering as a massage therapist in last year's Chicago Marathon in both the medical tent and the general massage tent, I
was able to help a number of runners recover from aches and pains, hypothermia, and severe muscle cramps.
If you're one of the
many runners who regularly receive massage, you know the benefits of it. It helps you train smarter as you take care of your overworked
muscles and joints. You run better because your body is better prepared for the race.
If you've never received a massage - or at least one geared at working and releasing your stressed muscles - give it a try.

Book an
appointment with me and see for yourself how much better your body feels. Your session
will be tailored to your body's needs. We'll focus in on those problem areas you know of, as well as a few you may not know about.
We'll also go through stretching and body mobilization so that you're more limber.
