In order to help you train better so that your body is as prepared as possible for the race (whether it's a half or full marathon or
a 5K walk or run), I'm offering a marathon massage package. There are two options:
¤ Option #1 has five sessions for $435 (it saves you $25).
¤ Option #2 has 10 sessions for $800 (this saves you $100).
Option #1: 5 sessions. 3 one-hour sessions, 2 90-minute sessions. Cost: $435. You save $25.
1st Session:
60 minutes
Initial appointment
2nd Session:
90 minutes
3rd Session:
60 minutes
4th Session:
90 minutes
Pre-race session; usually performed 24-48 hours before the race
5th Session:
60 minutes
Post-race session; usually within 24-36 hours after the race
This 60-minute vs 90-minute allocation is simply an example. This generally works for most of my clients, but feel free to
change it based on your schedule.
If you ever want to change a 60-minute session to a 90-minute session, you pay just $25 (normally $30).

Tip #1:
Stretch.
Ideally, you should stretch throughout the day. When you run, stretch before and after. Warm up your body a bit. It's
never a good idea to do a cold stretch. Gently then vigorously rub the muscle group to be stretched. Take a deep breath
from your stomach. As you exhale, go into a gentle stretch. For an effective stretch, release it after about 3 second. Don't stretch to pain. If it hurts, back off a
bit.
