Full Body Relaxation Massage
Are you stressed out? Do you have general aches and pains? Then the rejuventating, soothing effects of a full body massage may be just
what your body needs. By using a combination of various techniques,
your stress will melt away and the accumulated muscle tension and strain will be released.

Head, Face, Neck, Shoulder, Hands, and Feet
A lot of people carry their stress in at least one or two of these areas. We're constantly on our feet. We're always working with our
hands and the neck and shoulder muscles are just as overworked and can often lead to headaches. All of these areas are addressed so that
you leave the session feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Therapeutic Massage
There are certain muscular conditions where massage therapy has proven
beneficial both from a direct/indirect approach as well as a preventative
measure. Massage is not a cure. Before going to any massage therapist for
bodywork for any condition, however, it is vitally important that you see a licensed medical
professional for diagnosis. If your physician then okays for you to receive
massage therapy, give me a call.
In addition to the muscles directly associated with a given condition, there will be muscles that
are indirectly affected. If I'm unable to work the specific condition directly, in most cases, I'll
be able to work the associated muscles. Depending upon the condition, you may need 3 or more
sessions before you'll see an appreciable improvement.

Cancer Massage
This gentle massage incorporates general Swedish massage techniques and CranioSacral Therapy to relax your body and mind.
When you're relaxed, your body's natural immune system is boosted and helped to function more fully. Massage is not a cure.
If you are in treatment, it is important for you to consult your physician, oncologist, and/or surgeon. If you've been diagnosed
with cancer, are in treatment, or in remission, please call me with your questions. For cancer patients in treatment and one year in
remission, I offer a sliding scale in order to make receiving massage more affordable.

Sports Massage
Participating in sports, although good for the overall health of your body and mind, places more stress on your muscles, tendons, and
ligaments. Sports Massage uses myofascial work, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, therapeutic active/passive/assisted stretches, and
body mobilization and range of motion movements. Sports Massage is a great way to help you prepare for an upcoming event, detox from an
event, and help maintain those sports-specific muscles that require more attention.

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, non-invasive type of hands-on therapy that realigns your
craniosacral system, balances your Central Nervous System, and releases fascial restrictions in
core areas within your body.
If you're suffering from headaches and migraines, if you're stressed and need to relax, or if you're not sleeping well, CST is great.
It allows your mind and body to relax on a deep level. Even my sports clients who want deep work enjoy it.
CST is very flexible. I can either perform a complete CST session with you fully clothed, or I can incorporate it into your
session. The choice is yours. I often include CST in my sessions. Even my sports clients enjoy the work.

Out-Call Services
Generally speaking, I do not perform out-call massage services. I may, however, make an
exception. It is on a case-by-case basis. You must live in Chicago AND you must have a massage
table of your own. If an out-call massage is agreed upon, $20 will be added to the cost of the
