	George has been my massage therapist for the past few years, and I can recommend him highly. He's very knowledgeable about anatomy, and can tell me precisely which muscle groups are giving me problems, and what stretches and exercises I can do on my own to help. He always takes the time to find out how I'm feeling and where the problems are, and then addresses them appropriately, with targeted work on a specific area or areas.

	My wife set up my first appointment with George about a year ago. She really liked his work and thought he'd be able to help me with my neck and shoulder pain. It was difficult and painful to move my head to my left. My doctor told me it was just tight muscles and gave me a prescription for a muscle relaxant. I'm not crazy about taking meds. At first, I was reluctant to get a massage and I wasn't comfortable with a guy working on my body. But I went anyway and it was great. Although my neck and shoulder felt great after the massage and a lot less painful, he suggested I come back in about a week. After the second appointment, I was able to move my neck without pain and the shoulder pain went away too. I now see George about once a month.
