Wellness Massage Membership Questions

	What happens if I no-show for an appointment?
	No-shows are appointments where the client has scheduled an appointment but has neither shown for the appointment nor has a cancellation call been made. Should you no-show for an appointment, your Wellness Massage for that appointment will be considered used. In order for the missed appointment to be considered a cancelled versus a no-showed appointment, a telephone call must be made notifying me of the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Neither a text message nor an email will be considered for a cancellation.

	How do I arrange for an extra session?
	Adding another session in a month is simple, and the cost of the session is the same as the cost you pay for a normal monthly session in your Membership. For example, if your Wellness Massage Membership is for a hour-massage a month and you wish to add another one, you'd pay just $65. The payment may be made in cash or check at the time of your appointment.

	May I add time to my appointment?
	Yes. You may make a 30-minute session into a hour or a 60-minute session into a 90-minute session. In most cases, however, I don't recommend a two-hour massage. There's always the chance of overstimulating the body. We can always discuss your situation. In either case, extending time will only cost an additional $30 per 30-minute extension. The payment may be made in cash or check at the time of your appointment. All of this, of course, is based upon availability. When you call for your appointment, we'll discuss it then.

	May I give my monthly massage to someone?
	Unfortunately, no. If, however, the person wishes to schedule an appointment with me, the cost of the session would be the base cost of your Membership. For example, if your Membership is a one-hour massage, the person's appointment would cost just $65. Payment is to be paid no later than the date/time of the appointment. You're allowed to refer one person for a discounted price every quarter.

	Are unused monthly massages lost?
	No. An unused monthly massage is rolled over. Clients have used their unused monthly sessions for additional massages in a month. There is a limit to one rolled-over session per 6 months on an active Membership.

	How do I cancel my Membership?
	You may cancel your Membership at any time. In order to avoid being charged for the next month, you will need to contact me no later than 3 weeks prior to your billing date.

	I've cancelled my Membership but have outstanding massages on my account.
	Although you've cancelled your Membership, you may still use the massages at your convenience. Just give me a call to schedule a time for you. If this is not possible, you may assign your unused sessions to another person subject to prior approval. There is no cash value for unused sessions.
